Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel a Magenta Hydration visit, call or text us at (206) 737-0669. A coordinator will rebook or cancel it with you. Visits cannot be changed or cancelled online.

Please let us know as early as you can, so that we can offer the time to someone else.

A visit cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before it is due, or missed without notice, is charged a single fee of $75. The fee is the same for a late cancellation and for a missed visit, and it is charged once per visit.

If we have to cancel or move a visit -- for example because a nurse is unavailable, or your health questions mean the therapy should not go ahead -- we will call you, and you are not charged the fee.
