Effective October 13, 2026 · Version magenta-hydration-terms-v1
This website at https://magenta-hydration.com is owned and operated by Magenta Care LLC, a licensed home health agency headquartered in Washington State. Magenta Hydration is Magenta Care's elective vitamin IV therapy service, referred to here as "Magenta Hydration," "we," or "us."
This website, the booking form and the patient portal are collectively the "Platform"; the elective IV therapy we arrange and give is the "Service."
By using this website, booking a visit, ticking a box that says you agree, or using any other acceptance protocol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Important: By accepting these Terms of Service, you consent to resolve disputes through binding, individual arbitration. You waive your rights to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit, as further detailed in Section 12 of this document.
Your access to and use of the Service are subject to this Agreement, as well as applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you may not book or use the Service.
We may revise this Agreement or the Service. A booking records the version of these terms it agreed to, and a changed version is shown to you to agree to again.
A booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Elective IV therapy is given only on an order from one of our nurse practitioners, after a health history and a live exam by video or phone. The nurse practitioner decides whether a therapy is right for you, and may decline to order it.
Therapy is given in your home by a registered nurse employed or contracted by Magenta Care. The Service is not emergency care: if you have a medical emergency, call 911.
As a licensed home health agency, Magenta Care is a "covered entity" under HIPAA. The health information you give us is used and disclosed as our Notice of Privacy Practices describes, and as HIPAA and Washington law allow.
How this website handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Once we take your booking forward we invite you to our patient portal. You are responsible for:
Report a security concern to [email protected]. Using someone else's account is prohibited.
Self-pay only: Magenta Hydration does not bill insurance. You pay us directly for the therapy and any add-ons you choose, at the prices shown on this website when you booked.
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost before your visit. We go over it with you when we call, and you can ask for one at any time.
A late cancellation or a missed visit is charged as our Cancellation Policy describes.
You may not use the Platform for unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. You agree not to:
Pharmacies and other parties may supply products used in your care. Magenta Care is not responsible for losses arising from your dealings with third parties outside the Service.
We may end your use of the Service at any time, including where your conduct violates this Agreement or the Service is discontinued. Provisions on security, disclaimers, liability limits and arbitration survive termination.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magenta Care disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, about the website.
Limitation: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magenta Care will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, and its liability is limited to actual damages not exceeding $1,000. Any claim related to your use of the Service must be filed within one year of the incident.
You agree to indemnify Magenta Care against legal actions, claims, costs, and obligations arising from your fraudulent activity, a violation of law, or a breach of this Agreement.
You and Magenta Care agree that any legal claim or dispute arising from the Service will be settled by confidential binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rather than in court, in Seattle, Washington, or within 100 miles of your residence if it is not within 100 miles of Seattle.
Class Waiver: All disputes are arbitrated individually, not on a class, collective, or representative basis.
Before starting arbitration, send Magenta Care a written Notice of Dispute with your name, address, email, a description of the dispute and the relief you seek.
Magenta Hydration serves addresses in Washington State only. This Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Questions about this Agreement: call or text (206) 737-0669, or email [email protected].
