Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026 · Version magenta-hydration-privacy-v1

Introduction

Magenta Care LLC operates the website at https://magenta-hydration.com and its booking form and patient portal (the "Platform") for Magenta Hydration, its elective vitamin IV therapy service.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you use the Platform. By booking or using the Platform you accept the version of this policy you agreed to; a changed version is shown to you to agree to again.

1. Age

The Service is for adults aged eighteen (18) and over. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under thirteen (13), we will take reasonable steps to stop using or storing it.

2. Protected Health Information

The health information you give us -- your health history, screening answers and anything about your care -- is protected health information. Magenta Care, a licensed home health agency, handles it as HIPAA and Washington law require, and as our Notice of Privacy Practices describes.

Texts and emails about your booking never carry your therapy or health details: they tell you to look in your patient portal.

3. Information We Collect

When you use the Platform we collect:

  • Your name, date of birth, email, phone and address
  • What you book: the therapy, add-ons, and the day and time you prefer
  • Your answers to our health and coverage questions
  • Which of our documents you agreed to, and when
  • Whether you agreed to receive texts, and when
  • Records of our calls, texts and emails with you
  • Your device, browser and how you use the website

4. How Information Is Collected

Most information comes from you, when you book or use the portal. An address you enter is checked with a mapping service to confirm we can reach it.

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the website is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

5. Use of Information

  • Confirming we can serve your address, and contacting you about it
  • Arranging your exam, your order and your visit
  • Giving you a Good Faith Estimate of your costs
  • Providing customer support
  • Improving the Platform
  • Meeting our legal obligations

6. Information Disclosure

We share your information only to provide the Service, or as the law requires or allows:

  • With the nurse practitioners and nurses who care for you
  • With pharmacies supplying your therapy
  • With service providers who help us run the Platform
  • With your consent
  • To meet legal obligations, court orders, or government requests

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and medical-record obligations. A Good Faith Estimate is kept with your medical record for six years.

8. Data Security

No transmission over the Internet is entirely secure, but we protect your information against loss and unauthorized access, use, change and disclosure. Keeping your portal password confidential helps.

9. Your Rights

You may ask to see or correct your information, to restrict how it is used, or to have it deleted where the law allows, and you may complain to the relevant authority. Texts can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.

To exercise these rights, call or text us at (206) 737-0669.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new version, and a booking or portal asks you to agree to the new version.
